I heard somewhere that she had a cam site. It's quite possible, because when Jorge spotted her on IG, those pics looked as if she were advertising for something, especially when you consider Anfisa's age. What 19-year-old at the time posts seductive pics and no fun pics of the activities they do w/family and friends?

(I know Anfisa is 20, but at the time Jorge met her I'm assuming she was 19 at the time)

I loved that the host finally made Jorge admit that he basically is into Anfisa for her looks. Loren, in particular should lay off Anfisa. Being into him for his money is no less shallow than him being into her for her looks. She has been straight up honest with him about this, so she is no Mohammed.

Mohammed actually made some good points about why a relationship works and it is not all about the initial attraction. That doesn't mean I think he is any less of a user.

Well, most people are attracted to people by looks. That is the initial attractions and other stuff comes later. Then, Jorge fell in love with Anfisa. Of course, he likes the way she looks, but he can't articulate the fact that he is more invested than the superficial when it comes to Anfisa.

Jorge shows his true colors. He admits that he did not defend Anfisa when his sister made the spreading her legs when he has money comment. He felt like she "deserved it." So he thinks she should be slut shamed but doesn't have the stones to do it himself, so he lets his sister do it for him. Wow, small wonder his previous relationships have crashed and burned. Lacking spine and balls, then gets cruel when he is rejected. He is the Joffrey Baratheon of this show.

I like how calm Mohammed was. Not feeding into any drama. He knows better by now. You can tell he's just so aware that Danielle is so ready to jump on ANY thing he puts out that he's being as extremely reserved and calm as possible. Danielle wants bait and he's not giving it. And he called her crying fake, lol! I know what it's like to be around people who play the victim...I could see in his whole demeanor what he was feeling... "don't fuel it, don't give her any fuel, don't entertain it, not even eye contact.." and just honestly probably sickened by the fake crying. I know those feelings. You have to put your guard way way up with histrionic types. I think he's a shady sneaky person, too, and he should take some blame for this situation, though he never does...but I liked him on the tell all last night.

As for Jorge. Yeah. I mean, Anfisa thwacking him on the head all the time is not okay. Outside of that though, he seemed to let and like her shrieking on the phone at him etc. He almost seemed to enjoy that kind of craziness. And she was like that beforehand, and he STILL married her? I can understand his anger, but.....for him to act like a total victim here is not right, either (like Danielle). He did give her a dishonest picture of who he was and knew she was a harpie who flipped out all the time if he was away from her for two seconds.... yet he still went for it... and now just wants to bash her. I don't know. He did seem to get worn down and his resentment is probably real at some level, but what makes him unsympathetic is the fact he painted a false picture of how much money he had to rope her in...when she was always totally clear that money is what she wanted...

I agree with your comments, blacknyellow. Mohammed did conduct himself pretty well on the tell all show, but he is the architect of his issues. He knew what she was like when he married her. H could have gone back to UAE, but chose to stay in the US, marry an unstable, unattractive woman quite a bit older than he, and then proceed to follow the letter of the law and make sure the marriage was consummated exactly once to be legal. Obviously a user looking for green card. Could not be more obvious.

As for Jorge and Anfisa, physical abuse is not OK. However, he knew exactly what she was like and what she wanted, she could not have been more clear or direct about it but he chose to marry her because he was whipped on her body. When the clouds of delusion cleared and he found out that he can't buy her feelings, he is SHOCKED that she rejects him.

If she wanted money, she should have investigated more before she married Jorge, instead she was too lazy to even do that.

I can sympathize with Jorge, because I believe the reason he lied about his finances was all due to love. He probably felt Anfisa would fall in love with him despite the lack of an acceptable income. It's all foolish, but Jorge suffers from low self-esteem. Anfisa is right. She said he probably is acting tough, because his friends got on him for acting so soft.

Poetist...Maybe I was being too harsh saying he "liked" it. I guess sometimes when people are being abused, emotionally (and physically like here) it might look really silly to an outsider but it's harder for the one in it. I guess I think way back to the beginning, before she even arrived in America, and she had shut down his phone because he had given her the password and because she was mad that he wasn't going to buy her a certain purse. And he was sort of smiling and sighing like, oh that cute Anfisa, shutting down my phone, isn't she crazy? And I was think dude wtf abandon ship right NOW!!! But he didn't. I think he downplayed all the obvious red flags from the get go. But I do believe he felt they had a bond (when Loren was grilling him), and I think Anfisa might have felt that too.

No, she doesn't get off scott free. And to be fair, she was already realizing he had less money than she thought when she still married him. Just like he still married her knowing she was only in it for money and was already abusive to him. Strange relationship. But the fact she broke up with him not toooo long after the marriage does make it look even more suspicious. She could have left before then as soon as she realized he wasn't the millionaire she wanted.

Like I said, I think his anger is genuine and I don't really feel he should have stood up for her at the dinner with Lourdes (though the leg spreading thing was crass). She would scream at him all the time so he didn't want to say anything to just her. Having someone else say what he's thinking probably was nice, lol. But yeah they are (were?) a toxic couple. And he still shouldn't have lied about how much money he had nor ignore all the obvious red flags about her........just so he could "have" her and magically hope all those problems would disappear.

Oh and Johnnieblack...I feel like, wasn't it Danielle's idea to do the show with Mohammed? I don't feel she's as innocent as she pretends to be. I do think it's obvious though that he thought Danielle was a ticket to America. Maybe, just maybe if she had been more sane and didn't have a criminal/fraud record, he would have stayed with her for a little longer...a little. But not forever. So I don't believe when he's all "I totally had the right intentions!" But "fortunately" for him, the fact she is so off the handle makes his case easier to defend. I do get the sense he is generally weary of it all, though.
