Twenty-somethings Dan and Toby become surrogate parents to little brother Jamie after their mum passes away. Dan is a sarcastic joker - anxious and a little uptight, Toby is a naive sweetheart with an eye for the ladies and Jamie hasn’t said a word in six months. Thrust into a new world of responsibility, Dan and Toby are in over their heads. Will they cope with romance, work and meddling relatives? One thing’s for sure: the brothers only have each other to rely on since, well, that’s all they’ve got.

La série circule autour de trois garçons : Dan (25 ans), Toby (23 ans) et Jamie (14 ans). Tous ont subi un évènement tragique : ils ont perdu un être cher... leur maman. Ils se retrouvent donc à l'abandon et depuis cet incident, Jamie n'a pas dit un mot. Les deux grands frères, l'un politicien et l'autre gangster se sentent donc dans l'obligation d'être son ange gardien !

Commedia che segue le vicende di Dan, giornalista dal carattere responsabile, e suo fratello Toby, un tipo più incline al divertimento: dopo la morte della madre, i due decidono di occuparsi del fratellino minore Jamie, il quale non ha contatti con loro da oltre sei mesi.
