Just wondering what people are watching while they are waiting for next season. Me I'm going back to DARK MATTER, while waiting for new season of Game of Thrones.
What else am I missing?

I'm also watching "Dark Matter"; as well as "Killjoys".
In between, I'm trying to track down (read, watch for free) S7 of "Vera"; AND find out if there is/was an S3 of "Hinterland".

--Just started watching "Stranger Things". Heard about it during all the hoopla surrounding the Emmy nominations; so decided to check it out--so far so good.
--Also (based on Emmy hoopla) plan to give “The Handmaid’s Tale” a look-see.
--Thinking about "The Punisher"; but, that decision is a little iffy right now.

Friend from Australia told me about Top Of The Lake - it had one season in 2012 and has just recently started up again. I'm watching the first season and enjoying it. Waiting for The Blacklist to start again at the end of the month. Gave Norsemen on Netflix a go for some humour but it wasn't really to my liking.
EDIT: Okay, so finished with Top Of The Lake (a while ago, actually) and have changed my mind. It is trash.

I did watch the third season of Dark Matter too... only to learn it got cancelled and we are stuck on the cliffhanger... :(
They should have done it like Defiance... perfect Ending with the possibility to go on.

Geez! Hate when that happens.
Really was an edge of your seat, BA cliffhanger!
Read that they are "shopping it"; but, there is so much genre stuff out there that I don't really hold out much hope.
Too bad.

I was watching "Halt and Catch Fire" as an antidote to the "WTF?" feeling I get with "Mr. Robot." (Elliot's dual personality battle is veering between "Didn't see that coming!" to "Enough, already, get on with the story.")
"Star Trek: Discovery" alternates between "The Wrath of Khan" and "The Final Frontier" in perceived quality.
"The Orville" continues to score points and make the 25th century interesting.
"Finding Your Roots" keeps me grounded, since Truth is stranger than Fiction.
"The Murdoch Mysteries" satisfies the blank spots left by "Endeavour" and "Sherlock" on hiatus.
"Star Talk" has some of the most interesting people to speak of many things.
"Mysteries at the Museum" is a great substitute for what The History Channel used to do. ("Junk drunk?" "Chumlee, you messed up again!")
"Nova" and "Nature" are reminders that the Natural world is a wonder.
"Futurama" is changing from the occasionally-funny-Comedy channel to the "Sharknado"-obssessed "SyFy" channel.

Decided to check out "Taken" the series.
Only a few episodes in--like what I've seen so far. Glad the showrunners decided to take "just a sip" from the original brew AND NOT try to down-the-whole-bottle.
