As indicated in your previous content report, this episode shouldn't be placed in special episodes. It was broadcasted as the 9th episode of the 1st season.

so why can't I find it on any streaming platform and why doesn't Wikipedia mention it or imdb....

Each site do what it want. Here, we follow the original broadcast by History.
IMDB and Wikipedia have decided to list it in front of the 2nd season because it was broadcasted just 2 weeks before the second season. But, this was officially the 9th episode of season 1 as visible here (screenshot).
IMDB and Wikipedia aren't official sites, they are just user edited sites. The site of the original broadcaster is an official site.
