Who or what is Q?
Q (played by John de Lancie) seems to be omnipotent and omniscient. He is not God, as there are more of his kind (Q Continuum) with similar powers, but he can be considered a god by lesser beings.
Q is the alpha (S1E1 & S1E2 "Encounter at Farpoint") and the omega (S7E25 & S7E26 "All Good Things...") of this series.
He has made numerous appearances and influenced the journey of the Enterprise and its crew in various ways (e.g. S2E16 "Q Who?").
At the end of this journey, is the whole series not just an experiment devised by the Q Continuum to explore humanity's right of existence?
As Q would put it:
"The trial never ends. We wanted to see if you had the ability to expand your mind and your horizons. And for one brief moment, you did."
And so, what is Q to us?
Is he a friend or a foe, a mentor or a bully?
Are we to him just "lab rats", toys to be played with for his amusement?

Maybe Q should have taken Quinn more often to pester the crew of Enterprise ,he would have gotten a laugh at of that ,never understood why they never made a movie with the highly popular Q.

Indeed. Maybe they figured it wouldn't be "Dramatic" enough? Or not enough for our heroes to do, or not really enough dependent on them, if it was basically just Q making them jump through hoops?
Maybe they could have even used my idea, although it may have only been enough to fill a regular episode. Q shows up again, intending to "educate" the poor humans on how many mistakes they make about their own history. Since a lot was lost during WW III/the Eugenics Wars, etc. For example, PIcard who prides himself a Frenchman should be drinking coffee, not tea. Especially not "Tea, Earl Grey, hot."
The episode title?
Well, of course!
Q Tips.

There are movies like "Bruce Almighty (2003)" and "Evan Almighty (2007)".
It would then be "Q Almighty".

They already did that. It was the TNG episode "Tapestry."

I was thinking that first season episode Hide and Q, where Q made Riker omnipotent was basically Q Almighty.

A Q movie wouldn't work because an action movie is usually about the heroes overcoming difficulties. But Q is all-powerful, so they can't overcome him. Usually Q's "defeats" happen because he loses interest, or because some other Q fights against him.

They might have been able to defeat him if they had Guinan make claw hands at him like in Q Who.

They could have circumnavigated the clusterfuck that was the Nexus by using Q that would have made a hell lot of more sense.

@Nexus71: It would have been interesting to see Q and Captain Kirk meet.

@Maria Kelly Kirk won't have any patience with Q he would have him booted out of the airlock.

That wouldnt do Kirk any good. Q would simply teleport back in.

But then Kirk would start talking to Q so much that Q would teleport himself far away to get away from Kirk.

Kirk would make advances on Q and Q would feel so uncomfortable he would leave at a heartbeat.
