Please read our anime guidelines. You can use a new episode group to create an alternative order in two seasons.

@idrissi_md is right actually 😅. I checked a few sites and found a few things.
Season 1 of the anime was aired as a Split Cour. Episode 1-12 (Apr 7, 2016 to Jun 23, 2016) then break then Episode 13-24 (Oct 6, 2016 to Dec 16, 2016) which clearly specifies it is a Split Cour and according to the site rule Split Cours are kept in a Single Season.
Season 3 of the anime is a separate season of it's own. It is not a split cour. It got aired from Apr 12, 2019 to Jun 28, 2019 which is more than 2 Years after the end of Second Cour of Season 1. I couldn't find any information of Season 3 being a split cour.
So, It should be kept as Season 1 of 24 Episode and Season 2 of 12 Episodes. Please create a Season 2 and move Episode 25 - Episode 36 to it.

Hello, I am no expert on this anime, but when looking to the official website: http://bungo-stray-dogs.jp/story/ On this page, it indicates there are three seasons until now. Just sayin'. Thank you.
