While watching the last bit of the final episode some of the things the mom said got me questioning some things. Get that she was part of Rittenhouse and that she knew about the time travel but when watching it wondering if she actually did know about Amy. If she did know about Amy the thing that she said was extremely cold about not caring about her.

I was thinking the same thing. But even if the mom believed Lucy that she had another daughter I think it would still be hard for her to get emotional about someone she's never had any knowledge of, even if it was her child.

Plus in the life without Amy she's not sick. She comes off pretty cold as she considers the trade off.

Everything she knows about her sickness and other daughter are in a file, which Rittenhouse probably gave her. She's been a Rittenhouse member for most of her life and has lived a privileged, selfish existence without her sickness or daughter. Keeping things as is would not be out of character for this version of her mother. The other timeline mother is a completely different person.
