Extra Details: This is a combined entry for 2 episodes where this should have been entered as two separate episodes as:
S02E09- The General
S02E10- Chinatown
What currently is S02E10-The Miracle of Christmas Part I/II Should be episode S02E11 or even as a Special - S00E01
I have just purchased the DVD Release and the episodes are split, but I cannot scrape into my library due to the incorrect combined episode.

I started to add an Episode Group but unfortunately I did not think far enough ahead and realised there was still no way to split the incorrectly combined episodes.
How can I fix correct episode order?

Reading some of the other reports (which I only just discovered) I see this has been asked before.
But just because two episodes were aired on the same night, back to back, does not make it one episode. They should simply have the same aired date but kept as separate episodes.
