I'm generally very bad at spotting goofs, but here's one from episode 2:
When we first see Judge Charles Abernathy in court, his first line is (at 34:21 min): "So here we all are on this lovely Wednesday afternoon." Then the first witness Benji Diyardian is in the stand, and it goes on and on at the same afernoon in court, until it's over and Lucca, Maia and opposite lawyer Andrea Stevens talk outside the court about hair stylists and so on, until Andrea Stevens says goodbye - and Maia suddenly gets a short message. And what date do we see as viewers on the phone (at 39:08 min): Thursday, March 9.
Time lines and the Kings - they won't become friends anymore, I'm afraid.
Best wishes,
janar

Here's another goof from episode 6 (kind of):
When Lucca picks up her phone for a call in the conference room, the name on the display reads "Colin Mo*r*ello" (around 8 min into the episode).
A bit later, she gets a text from him, but now the name reads "Colin Mo*rr*ello" (around 15 min into the episode).
This might be a mistake by the character (Lucca spelled his name wrong in her phone) - yes, could be. On the other hand, the press releases and all material around the show make the same error with the spelling of his name all the time. This is just "meta"-trolling, I guess.
Best wishes,
janar

I read the following goof in a comment by Misha under a recap of episode 1.07:
That's true, Elsbeth's jackets change without reasons in the first half of this episode.
