Episode 1 is titled Thornhaven Manor... how are they duplicates?

The episode is the same but with a different title. The resumé is "The Ghost Brothers investigate Thornhaven Manor in New Castle, Ind., where the violence, murder and revenge of the past have left an indelible mark.".
