I just watched "The Gamesters of Triskaleon" on another channel, then I caught "Command Performance" Very similar. I LIKE this show. It is not hilarious laugh out loud funny but very good. Looking forward to future episodes.

If you want to compare it to "Star Trek", it also reminds me of the episode "The Cage" (and of course "The Menagerie").

Better yet, "The Eye of the Beholder" from The Animated Series, where they did actually wind up in a zoo.
