I always felt that she got shafted by Marvel when they threw her character under the bus in Agents of SHIELD, so they could create a spin off show entitled Marvel's Most Wanted. Instead they cancelled that in favor of a series based on the Inhumans, which from what I read is terrible. I am glad to see that she is back on TV on a series that looks like will have longevity.

I agree completely. I hope you are right about The Orville's longevity.

I do wish she would lose those 'caterpillars' on her face though.

You should check out the Wonder Woman pilot she did.

Adrianne Palicki as Wonder Woman? That sounds very interesting! Is it available online somewhere?

Wonder Woman Pilot It's a shame. Some great actor's made a valiant effort but the writing was so aweful that it was painful to watch.

Well, I'm somewhat immune to "bad writing" except in very extreme situations, as long as I like the story. And I kinda liked it, even though it was missing some material and you'd see things like "add more police cars" notes on the screen. It deserves some forgiveness, which a lot of people seem unwilling to give, for actually being somewhat uncompleted.
The non-secret-identity thing seems like a mistake. But I actually liked her look as Wonder Woman. Lynda Carter always seemed too exaggerated to me. And I know some guys who just love boobs even if they're so big the woman can't walk. But not me. Lynda Carter was oversize there too, as well as too.... dangly. Adrianne suits me just fine in that regard too. I didn't like the first shots where she had on the blue leggings. But fortunately that changed later. I think she also looks better in short-shorts than Lynda Carter did.
And those teeth.... Lord, save me from Lynda Carter's TEETH!

There's a secret identity.
It is a subtle reveal at the end of the pilot.

Yeah in a way, her "Diana Prince" identity is supposed to be "secret" but everyone knows the head of that cosmetics/doll company is also Wonder Woman.
But a lot of that makes as much sense as nobody figuring out that Clark Kent is really Superman. Which is to say, basically none.

I also found a place where I could download the whole thing.
