I'm assuming so since it's October and there's NOTHING promoting it. Is it because of the attack MacFarlene made on Fox? What is it they say? Don't bite the hand which feeds you. A shame. This was a good show and I was enjoying it. Better than anything Star Trek related which Paramount has TRIED making which is SUPPOSED to be Star Trek in the last decade. Sorry, but the "new" Star Trek they're trying to pass off which doesn't even TRY to follow the original timeline just SUCKS. That is just NOT Trek. I even tried watching the ONE episode they aired on CBS. I had no idea the lizards are SUPPOSED to be Klingons. HORRIBLE!!!
This was at least something I could get behind.

At any rate, I found out that the original episodes of Roseanne are back on the air, and I'm thrilled. I've been recording them every time they air so I can watch them again.
Roseanne wasn't trying to bully anyone. She made a comment she thought was funny. It wasn't to many people. But that still doesn't mean she deserved to lose her show. People have said far worse and not been punished for it. Does that make it right? Probably not, but the network overreacted as far as I'm concerned. And new sponsors could have been found. And people need to stop overreacting and being so effing PC. People say things sometimes which can be offensive. That doesn't mean that they need to be hung in effigy. People need to learn to deal with it and get over it. We've got a nation of overly sensitive crybabies now, and children growing up to believe that they are entitled to participation trophies and think that they should just automatically be promoted in their job for doing nothing. It's pathetic.

And even if thousands of supposedly paying customers protest to the sponsors, what about all the millions of viewers who DIDN'T?

The Orville Season 2 premiere will not be ready for a fall 2018 release and is instead happening on Sunday, December 30. Fox's schedule is all messed up because of Thursday Night Football, hence the delay. The second season will have at least 14 episodes, though. "Iād rather do fewer episodes and have them be better content-wise than do 22 and have them be filler," MacFarlane is quoted as saying by TVGuide.com.

You are welcome. I also saw the ad a few days ago but there was no mention here yet, so I figured I would leave a heads up to people who might be interested.

But S2 hasn't started yet. Not for a couple more weeks.

Well, I don't know if season 2 is over or not, but the episodes I saw were very good, and I (as always with this show) enjoyed them.

Season 2 is over, at least officially. Whether you've actually seen them all or not, I have no idea.
I find epguides (no www) to be very helpful. in this case: epguides.com/orville
