温馨（阳咏存 饰）接受朋友邀请回台，共创广告行销事业。偶然结识季言希（孙沁岳 饰），又因缘际会入住晓丽家，成为吴晓丽（苗可丽 饰）的房客，与其他室友们：项一柔（李维维 饰）、项一阳（纪言恺 饰）、季言希共同生活。不料又阴差阳错与季言希成为职场对手，在相互“厮杀”的同时，对彼此逐渐产生莫名的好感。

随着朝夕相处之下，温馨由最初的不适应逐渐融入，很快地就和几个年轻人成为好朋友，然而每个人的心中似乎都有不堪回首、无法言喻的伤痛回忆。而温馨与晓丽不吝用善意敲开对方的心门，陪伴【真情之家】的成员经历挫折而成长，一起相互关怀依存，填补内心的缺口，成为真正的一家人！
