When Vanya and Jenkins drive off from Jenkin's "grandma's house" (after Vanya slashes Allison's throat), who is the dead guy underneath the black tarp?

It was the guy at the hospital (you can tell by the hospital robe the body is wearing). Looks like Jenkins drove to the hospital to take care of loose ends.
