Do you think the strict gun laws in Chicago help or hurt the city? According to the documentary black market guns are "smuggled" from Indiana to Chicago (hardly a major feat). Why do we not see higher violence rates in Indiana where the gun laws are "looser"? I'm not trolling, just really thinking through the issue. The one police officer was surprised how easy it was for gangs to get guns, me, not so much. Thoughts?
