The BBC produced this (by all accounts bonkers) mini with national treasure Lesley Manville (and Simon Russell Beale), then aired it precisely once in 1993 and never published on DVD? At least Canada had the good sense to pick it up and air it several times beginning in 1999. How - at the very least - has a tatty OTA recording not been uploaded to Youtube in these ensuing decades?
