根据海岩同名长篇小说改编。

　　安心（孙俪）是云南边陲小镇南德的一名缉毒女警，待要与相恋多年的、在外地做记者的男友张铁军（房斌）结婚时，她遇见帅气阳光的毛杰（何润东），与之迅速坠入爱河。不过在无意间发现毛杰是毒贩后，安心回归理智与毛杰分手，但她已怀上毛杰的骨肉。不久安心与铁军结婚。某次执行任务时，安心和队友一举歼灭了以毛杰父母为首的贩毒集团。
