Extra Details: Hello,

it took me a certain time to fix episode titles case according to academic French rules (such rules are brilliantly summed up in https://www.themoviedb.org/talk/52f7e35792514111d0183222). I actually restored titles as they were translated in French for the first time here, with correct title case. Unfortunately, the fixups were erased (again) by another user. I've just re-fixed case. Is it possible to prevent such modifications on titles for fr-fr language?
