Episode count confirmed with 7plus's episode guide, removed the extra episodes.

Aired in the UK ( https://uktvplay.uktv.co.uk/shows/ms-fishers-modern-murder-mysteries/watch-online ) as two part episodes ( https://www.thetvdb.com/series/ms-fishers-modern-murder-mysteries/seasons/dvd/1 ). I've added an 'Episode Group', but how does one add the split episodes?

There is no way to split or combine episodes, episode groups are only useful for episode orders different from the original airing.
