Only a moderator can remove the picture - and they normally never monitor or notice messages that are posted on the regular Movie/TV/Celebrity discussion boards (which in the TV forum is where this thread posted).

To get a moderator to notice your request, please click on the "Report" button that's on this show's TMDb overview page. Then select either the "Bad Image" or "Incorrect Content" option (whichever best applies), then briefly explain the issue and that you'd like the image deleted.

When you create such a report, it'll post in the Support forum, in the Content Issues section https://www.themoviedb.org/talk/category/504794a319c29527aa000640 (which moderators monitor daily).
