When it comes to international co-productions, "Two or more networks can be added when the series is broadcast simultaneously in the original language AND a) the countries are equal producing partners or b) international networks have a producing or "in association with" credit in the original credits." [guideline]
This series is set to begin airing on HBO in September and on Sky Atlantic in October. Based on that fact, I don't think this series meet the guideline.
