This episode should be in the specials section as per the episode description.
Unfortunately National Geographic don't keep a season/episode listing on their website to use as a source but the episode overview is clear that it's a special.

As I said above, Nat Geo doesn't list the episodes but the Wayback machine can be used to show Discovery (The original network) did have Season 13 listed as only having 10 episodes.
