L'histoire suit Hamaji Youhei, un élève fraichement débarqué dans un lycée. Ce dernier n'est ni bon en étude ni bon en sport et se fait constamment rejeter par les filles, en prime il s'agit d'un gros pervers. Un jour une élève lui demande de rejoindre l'équipe de Water Polo du lycée. C'est ainsi que débute la véritable vie de lycéen de Youhei.

旧都高校へ入学したハマジこと浜路洋平は、部活動やこれといった目標もなく、ただ漠然と平凡な日々を過ごしていた。そんな中、上級生の中島から水球部へ勧誘される。その際、中島の提示した「（水球部の女子部員を)触り放題・揉み放題」という内容に目がくらみ、ハマジは不純な動機を抱いたまま入部を決意する。

La historia gira en torno a Youhei Hamaji, un estudiante de instituto sin propósitos en la vida que recibe una invitación para unirse a un club en el que puede tocar chicas tanto como quiera. Así, el chico termina en el club de waterpolo.
