The above image has several issues.

1. There is no drop-shadow so the logo will hardly be visible against a white or a light colored background/skin.
2. There are a lot of jagged edges.
3. Few spots with random pixels - looks like the image wasn't cleaned up properly.
4. Several spots with uneven color - again this should have been taken care of when cleaning up the image.
