In “The Family Hour”, the bad guys drive in a red and white Gran Torino with an airfoil. Was that the same car from “Starsky & Hurch”, sans foil?

Also, in the two-parter “To Protect and Serve”, Lianne Sweeney drives a yellow Ford Mustang. Was that the same car from “Kolchak: The Night Stalker”?
