This episode is airing on Dec. 21 from 24:26 (0:26) to 24:56 (0:56) (MBS link, TBS link). That is past midnight local time so the current air date of Dec. 22 is correct.

And so... why aren't the episodes on the same day? even though it comes out every week on the same day???

The normal airtime is every Thursday at 11:56 pm local time. This episode is airing on Dec. 21 at 24:26 local time, 30 minutes after it's supposed to. This delay puts it after midnight so the correct air date for the episode is Dec. 22. I don't know how much clearer I can be.
