Yes, it's a Netflix series and they released it as a new series instead of a season of The Disastrous Life of Saiki K.

Well, these episode are already included as specials in https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/67676-tv (they are just adapted manga chapters that was not animated before) so maybe delete thsi entry?
