This episode was originall planned to be the final of the 2nd season, but it has been moved to the 3rd season due to scheduling conflict.

Thanks for the explanation but I distinctly remember watching this episode long before Season 3 started in June this year. IMDB states it was aired in May 2021, albeit in Norway!

It aired before in some countries, but we list the series based on their first broadcast on their origin network. So, we list this series based on the way it was aired by ITV.
