Established in 2013, United Entertainment Partners (UEP) is a full service film distribution company based in Beijing, China. UEP has successfully distributed dozens of films, including blockbusters such as Breakup Buddies and Monkey King: Hero Is Back. In May 2015, UEP launched its first international office in Los Angeles, aiming to introduce quality Chinese films to North America and the global marketplace via theatrical, television and home entertainment distribution platforms. Additionally, UEP International has expansion plans to acquire Hollywood and international films for distribution in China as well as initiatives to invest in intellectual property, development and co-productions.
