Los Angeles-based composer Grant Fonda has contributed music to some of the world’s most recognized motion pictures, shows, and attractions. Fonda credits his grandfather with sparking his love for great music and film: countless hours spent at the family piano and immersed in classic animations of yesteryear fueled Grant's passion for collaborative storytelling.

Fonda works extensively with well-established and rising artists in film and music, continually demonstrating his wide range as a collaborator. His colorful score for the Emmy-winning The House that Rob Built is lauded for its innovation, his score for Paramount+ At Midnight is “one of the film’s greatest strengths,” his Irish-infused score for Pray: the Story of Patrick Peyton has garnered international attention and wins, and his sparkling jazz score and songs for Dating & New York have been critically hailed as “inspired” and “a supporting character[s]” after playing at Tribeca. An alumni of USC’s Screen Scoring program and the ASCAP Film Scoring Workshop, he is equally comfortable in front of an orchestra as he is working with rock bands and eclectic ensembles comprised of some of the world’s most unusual instruments. Recently, he penned the score for Amazon’s smash holiday hit, EXmas, and co-wrote and produced the songs and score for the highly anticipated musical Daniel. He is also the composer for the hugely successful The Biggest Story, a 104 episode animated series from Crossway.

Grant is a respected arranger, orchestrator, copyist, and conductor, and has contributed work to Oscar, Grammy, and Dove-nominated projects, including Titanic: Live, Walt Disney’s World of Color, and Steven Spielberg's Bridge of Spies. He has worked for Oscar-nominated composers John Debney and James Horner, was mentored by multi-Emmy and Oscar-nominated composer Bruce Broughton, and his arranging work has recently landed at the top of Billboard charts.
