Munk Studio has been operating within the structures of the Polish Filmmakers Association since 2008. It produces short and feature-length film debuts.

Young filmmakers who want to create their first film in professional conditions can count on Munk Studio for artistic, production, and promotional support throughout the project.

Short films at Munk Studio are produced under three programs: Thirty Minutes, First Documentary, and Young Animation. Script submissions for these programs are open twice a year. Each year, the studio produces up to 8 fiction films, 8 documentaries, and 3 animations.

At Munk Studio, we prioritize creating an environment where young filmmakers can develop their talents under favorable conditions. We believe that, in a director’s crucial debut film, the creative atmosphere and personalized development conditions are essential.
