It seemed to be everywhere, and I'm looking at the clock. There were parts that are redundant and or very familiar. Perhaps, I made it up in my mind. Where's my pill? 
- Clowns are one of the REOCCURING themes
- I swear I saw that outdoor sex scene in front of the clown before on AH
- The political stuff was basic and Murphy needs to stay in his lane
- The nanny was sad about Trump and yet wants to ruin the liberal couple's child psyche.
- The DANG panic attacks.
- The DANG "hallucinations!"

Last season, meaning "Roanoke", I thought was a step in the right direction after the mess that was "Hotel" (though again Peters was a stand out as the William Powell-esq serial killer). The idea was, to me, clever; the two sets of people (the show cast and the actual residents of the plantation) was a great concept; and there were some genuine scares. where it went sideways, I felt, was killing off everyone! At least with "Murder House" Lange was left standing to carry on.
This season does not compare to anything before it and not in a remotely good way. I thought the witches tale was the worst season till this. But if you look at the seasons like the older Star Trek movies where the films went from very good to bad then back to very good; maybe next season (if there is one) will be a good one.

The first "half" when the residents escape the house was perfect and should have ended right there. When they re-entered the home, is when I can see it going downhill, but overall Roanoke had high ratings and pulled the series out of the gutter that Hotel put it in. . .

Sarah Paulson started working undercover with Feds , Kai goes to prison (and owns everyone there too), black news reporter shoots Kai in the head at a political debate ( he escapes from prison wearing another prisoners face he sliced off and killed). Also previously Kai killed sister Winter thinking she was the spy and Sarah Paulson killed her ex. Of course she gets her kid back. Sarah Paulson now has started her own cult and is running for some office. Series ends with her wearing a cult robe and placing the hood on her head.
Best part of the series was when she stopped screaming every second.
Now I can truly and honestly say AHS: Cult was the worst season ever AND also the worst show I have watched this season period.

That is so crazy. All of it. Kai didn't die after being shot in the head yet he had the wherewithal to slice off someone's face and pass it off as his own?

OK, apparently everyone got their wires crossed even worse than mine did
Lemme clear this up a bit for y'all:
1) Kai killed a follower who made the same tattoos he had and mangled his face to fake his death in prison.
2) He walks out of prison in guard uniform with the help of a guard who is also a follower.
3) He makes it to the political debate Sarah Paulson is having with a current senator on TV no less.
4) He walks up to the stage to humiliate Sarah Paulson and shoot her.
5) His gun isn't loaded b/c his follower betrayed him and it was a ruse to get him there.
6) Sarah Paulson mocks him in front of everyone then Black lady reporter approaches Kai from behind and blows his brains out.
7) Kai is dead. The END.
