Just finished watching Déjà Q and the ending where Geordi interrupts Data's laughing still annoys the heck out of me. This is the first time the guy's experienced a laugh and you feel it necessary to ask him why he's laughing? Did you not just hear Q say to him "I'm giving you a parting gift"? You couldn't put two and two together, Mr. Chief Engineer?

I guess LaForge is still angry with Data that he got some from Tasha Yar while the only time when LaForge can get some is with a holodeck projection.

I got pissed off about that as well, but I have a question. In the same episode, didn't Q have a Mariachi band appear on the bridge?

@Nexus71 : Thanks. And speaking or LaForge, one of the things I hated was it seemed that at least once per season some bad guy (or alien)would take LaForge's VISOR off his face and render him blind.

@Nexus71 : As I mentioned before, I unfortunately don't have access to YouTube. However, try to find the scene in Jerry Maguire when the mariachi band at Jerry's wedding plays "What's Going On" by Marvin Gaye.

A mariachi band playing Marvin Gaye's "What 's Going On " would be blasphemy Maria besides that if Gaye still would have been alive it would be him who would be saying "show me the money" .
How is that possible that you don't have access to Youtube everybody can access youtube or did you violate their copyrights restrictions?

Yeah. That Tasha gets intoxicated and decides to contact Data for a booty call rather than LaForge (or even Riker!) - I don't know which part of that is more curious or who it says more about, Tasha or LaForge. But LaForge has always come across as desperate when it comes to women and romance which apparently is a big turn off for women, and Tasha most likely picked up on it. TBH Tasha always seemed more like the type who'd be knocking on Troi's door if you know what I mean. Okay, not knocking but using that beep beep boop boop chime thingy.

Yeah it was almost as bad as "Prepare for emergency saucer separation." Actually I'm surprised there was never a situation where a saucer separation had to be put on hold because LaForge was busy trying to get his VISOR back on because some baddie had just knocked it off.
