Not a good start.
What I liked: The new workroom. The diversity of the contestants. The new female judge.
What is I didn't like:
Bland host. Bland mentor. The male judge, trying way too hard to be funny.
The fashion: A good, not great runway. I think I'd have gone with the other top look for the win.
Now to the worst of the worst: O M G they didn't send that blue bodysuit home. I get the feeling that it was because she is nice and nobody likes the WASP princess. Another decision like that and I may not continue.

I thought it was quite decent. It is world's apart than this two year old PR Allstar on Lifetime.
Yes!
I agree. The top two looks were luke warm, but I guess they picked the garment that could be massed produced.
Winner
Cavanaugh was dumped, because her garment didn't have any design in it. At least, Frankie tried to do something, and she added a lot of tears to boot!
Of course, Frankie will be gone in an episode or two, but there was another dress that was horrible, and it was made by that cooky girl. I saw that thing riding up the model's butt and it was the same color as Frankie's swimsuit/leotard.

LOL, when the team leader told that scatterbrain tulle chick to get back to work, because Tessa was trying to throw her off her game.
Overall, I thought the episode was great. It had the fashion and the drama, and as I suspected Frankie was shown the door.
I think Tessa will flounder though, but she will stay around due to her shenanigans.

Hmmm, I'm not sold yet.
The winning team had great looks all around.
The tulle team could have been bottom but no argument with the one they chose. Frankie is just out of her depth. I wish her well.
Christian needs to step it up.
I don't like the host. She comes off as very Valley Girl.

Yeah, but don't you think, Tessa was full of herself? She was so sure her look was killer. I even liked it, but I loved Asuelo's more. LOL.
I'm glad the tulle team wasn't at the bottom, because I think the black woman would have been outta there. By the way, the tulle girl was the one last week, who made an ugly dress. She should have been at the bottom w/Frankie, and she was the one that I mentioned w/the ugly blue dress. Poor model walking with that thing riding up her butt.
I agree! He comes off as annoying as heck. "You're choosing that fabric?" "It comes across as bridesmaids-ish." Although he was right, he was so draining to hear.
I'm okay with Kloss.

Yes, Tessa was definitely full of herself. I think that first win puffed her up. Luckily the two guys on her team were both pretty passive so the group dynamic was alright.
I love the team challenges, they always bring the drama.

What, you didn't catch me calling the Samoan guy, Asuelo?

I wonder whether or not they had their second baby boy.

This seems to be a talented bunch, and the lady who went home was the wrong person sent home. However, like Frankie, she would have went home the following week.
I'm glad Hester redeemed herself, because she sent some sketchy stuff down the runway. She was the true winner, because I didn't like the other designs. Even though they had great detail and craftsmanship, they lack color.

I thought this challenge was great. Lots of interesting pieces. The only one I really didn't like was the losing look. Even the other bottom look had potential, with better execution and fabric choice.
I think Hester deserved the win but I would not have been upset if either of the other top looks had won. I really liked the pink and black stripe look that was bottom three. I would totally wear it.
